How Can I Track My Order

racking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (Usually within 1-3 business days.) When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status. 

After you receive the number, follow the order on the tracking order page. 

How Long Does Delivery Take 

Once your order is verified and your payment has been  

approved, processing time begins. This takes approximately 1-3 business days - NOT including weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse. 

You will receive a confirmation order as well once your order has been shipped. 

Where Is My Tracking Number

Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email (which may be in your spam or
junk folder.) If you still cannot find it, please message or email us and we will provide it to you.

The Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Haven't Received My Order Yet

In these cases, we recommend getting in touch with the courier or shipping provider ASAP -
they'll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these next
steps:

Search around your door for a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around the delivery location. In order to protect your order from theft or weather, some
delivery drivers might leave it around the bushes, in a grill, in a plastic bag, around your porch or
another place where it can be protected.
Make sure someone else hasn't received your package. It's also likely that a family member that
was available at your residence or a neighbor received your package.
Wait 36 hours. Sometimes shipping companies marked an order as "delivered" while the
package is still in transit. If after waiting this period of time, please get in touch with the shipping
company.
If all above steps were unsuccessful, please contact us immediately and we'll assist you further.

I Made An Order and Now Need To Cancel It. How Long Do I Have to Cancel

You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

How to use a 3D pen

1. Insert the power supply, wait for the warm-up process (red light)

2. The heating temperature can be adjusted for the use of different filaments

3. When the green light is on  , double press the insert button, insert the supply.

4. Press the infinitely variable button, you can adjust the speed

5. Wait for the supplies to come out, you can start painting .

6. When you finish drawing, press the eject button and pull out the supplies

Which Currency Will Be Used When I Place My Order

All prices listed on the website are in the currency that you choose. For international orders, the
bank that has issued your credit or debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will
be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when

refunded by the seller. Please note that we cannot be help responsible for any discrepancies
caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

What If My Credit Card Is Denied

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit
card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens. Please make sure
that all of your personal information matches the exact information associated with your credit
card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very
secure and encrypted payment process. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company
to verify the information they have on file.
Also, please ensure that your credit card is able to make international purchases. You can also
try going through the regular checkout as a payment option. Please note, our online checkout
system does not allow for payments to be split across multiple cards.

I Have Not Received My Refund Yet, Why Is That

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, and then contact your credit
card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your
bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this
and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
